Poushali has over 25 years’ experience covering advertising, content development, learning design, learning consulting, talent development operations. She has worked with Tata Interactive Systems, as a Design Head creating award-winning e-learning programs and consulting with Fortune 500 companies. In TCS she headed the Talent Development operations for a large unit of 80000 associates before joining TCS iON. She’s also a senior assessor in the Tata Business Excellence Model in which capacity she leads teams of senior Tata managers assessing different Tata Group companies.
