Heather is one of those rare breeds of HR leaders who brings a combination of people and business skills to her work. Having spent a decade in marketing and client servicing roles with global agencies and networks, she moved into HR in 2005, driven by a desire to work more closely with people and teams, to deeply influence business and individual success and growth. She has been the Head of HR for 3 media companies, and is now the Head of Culture and Engagement for fast growing EdTech company WhiteHat Jr / Byju's Future School . She is a trained ICF Executive Coach, and currently studying for CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR (just for fun!).
