Mr. Goyal served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at PeopleStrong HR Services Pvt. Ltd. He previously served as Vice President of Human Resources and Whole Time Director at Aricent Technologies (Holdings) Limited. He previously served as Head of HR Operations, Head BPO Operations and Vice President at Aricent Inc. He is also deeply involved in social development and is an active volunteer and organizer with The Art of Living Foundation. Mr. Goyal is an alumnus of BITS Pilani where he did his Masters in Management Studies.
