As Gojek’s Head of Global Talent & Leadership Development, Swathi channels her passion for developing others by proactively supporting the growth of employees around South & Southeast Asia With the support of her dedicated team, she drives the design and implementation of learning strategies, processes, and tools to enable all employees to customize and actualize their career aspirations. Swathi partners with the senior leadership team in crafting short- and long-term strategies to facilitate sustainable and effective talent growth and development across team talent pools across the organization. Prior to Gojek, she worked with various start-ups and SMEs to create a high-performance culture by designing and implementing effective development practices and designing custom learning frameworks and processes to scale as an independent consultant. Swathi started her HR career at Google and Amazon and ventured into the startup world with Flipkart and Housing in India. She holds a BSc in Computer Science & Management Studies from The University of Nottingham.
