Riaz is responsible for building the global leadership talent pipeline for Tech Mahindra – which recently won the 2022 Brandon Hall Gold for the ‘Best Advance in Creating a Learning Strategy’. Riaz has a diverse background in Engineering, IT and Behavior and is passionate about learning and creating talent ecosystems for sustainable growth. He loves facilitation and writing and has recently published his first book Lockdown Lessons – microblogs on unlocking the daily miracles of life.
