As the Head of HR for the Country Group South Asia for Bayer, KS Harish is responsible for the development of around 15000 employees and associates that form a talent hub of experts in South Asia. In his role he handles the HR function for India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Harish has more than 27 years of experience in H.R across varied industries like Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Engineering, Chemicals and Technology in both multi-national as well as Indian Companies. His multifaceted work experience covers business partnering, leadership development and change management across very different situations and cultures.
