Srinivas P.M. currently heads the Human Resource function for P&G in India Sub-Continent. Srinivas joined P&G in 2001 as the Associate HR Manager in India and since then has grown in the company across various leadership roles. During his stint, Srinivas has mastered Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development within the HR function at P&G. He has a diverse experience of managing and leading various verticals of the Human Resource function across countries like Singapore, China, Australia and Indonesia. Prior to his present role in India, Srinivas was the Business and Organization Strategy Director at P&G Indonesia. Srinivas is passionate about developing talent, grooming young leaders, building gender equal organization’s and developing high impact employee engagement programs. Srinivas has an MBA in HR from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Nagpur University.
