Esther is the goFLUENT's Director in India, Middle East & Africa. She has over 15 years of international Corporate and non-profit experience in: Communication & Public Speaking, Leadership & Management, and Strategic Business Development & Sales, all with a proven record of outstanding business results. She is an Oxford postgraduate in International Human Rights Law and her main passion is people's well-being and development, both professional and personal. Esther is a fierce believer in Nelson Mandela's statement, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” This is the quote she lives by, in both her professional career, and her activities for non-profit organizations. Her primary role for the past 5 years has been the growth of goFLUENT globally, and she is responsible for creating the second largest entity of the company. She is a charismatic leader with excellent communication, negotiation, leadership & training, and social/interpersonal skills which have allowed her to create a diverse and successful team that continues to expand.
