During his career, Binoj has successfully set up & managed Learning & Development and Talent functions across organizations. He is a Certified Coach for Leadership & Transition Management. He holds a certificate in Human Analytics from Wharton Online. Binoj has been instrumental in setting up Centers of Excellence for L&D across multiple Organizations. During the first decade of his career, Binoj was a Business Development Specialist having held business leadership roles across organizations like Xerox, ExxonMobil & Exide.
