With over 24 yrs of Industry experience across Retail, Consumer goods & Manufacturing, Janardhan currently heads Talent development for TCS. In this role, Janardhan is responsible for transforming TCS Talent from Recruits who are yet to join all the way to Senior leadership, on the full set of skills and traits needed in the Business 4.0 era - across Technology, Domain, Process, Culture/Language, Behavior, Business skills and Leadership. Janardhan started his professional career with TATA motors as an Automotive engineer. Subsequently with TCS he has specialized in Retail Industry, Big data & Analytics and worked with several global enterprises in Consulting, Program management, Client relationship and Delivery partnership roles. Based out of Chennai, Janardhan holds a Master’s degree in Industrial engineering. Outside of work, he likes to spend his time on long walks, gardening and podcasts.
