Rohit Kar is a Regional Director with Gallup. He has 19 years of experience working with clients across the Middle East & Asia Pacific. Rohit supports his clients through strategic consulting, organisation performance, culture transformation, and customer-centricity. Rohit’s clients include organizations across Banking, Healthcare, and Public Sector among others. He leads some of the large transformational projects across APAC and is a speaker representing Gallup in conferences and events. Rohit started his career at Gallup in their India Office where he spent 4 years before moving to manage the business in Thailand for 4 years followed by heading their consulting group in the Middle East for nearly 4 years. He has been in Australia since 2019 and currently manages sales and consulting for Australia, New Zealand, and India. Rohit holds a degree in engineering from University of Mumbai and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Institute of Management & Technology, Ghaziabad.
