Speaking of her current role as Head HR for Global Corporate Security, GCS is one of the most complex and widely spread team in Reliance Industries Ltd. with the workforce managing Industrial Security, Consumer facing security, Executive Protection, Risk Management Academy, Security Risk Assessment, Fraud Management and Information Analytics etc. Previously, she worked as Performance, Rewards & Benefits Senior Specialist in Global , ASEAN and South Asia roles at Standard Chartered Bank. She has held various positions with companies such as L&T, Novartis, Kotak Life Insurance and Reliance Communications. Beyond her corporate role, she is actively engaged with leading B schools like Various IIMs/ TISS / SCMHRD etc. as academician, Panelist and counsellor.
