Anuradha Heads the Talent, Learning and Inclusion for Marsh McLennan's Global Inhouse Center which include Mercer and Marsh Mclennan Global Services, formerly JLT India. An OD & Talent Management Leader, she has worked on a wide spectrum of projects spanning change management and transitions, leadership development, development centers, potential assessment and succession planning methodology, culture development, values, employee engagement, learning and development, coaching and various HR processes including and not limited to inclusion, performance management, policy design, career pathing, job definitions and HR operations for organizations varying from manufacturing, consulting and services and upto 1800+ in size. Her most recent areas of interest have been change management during a period of acquisition and integration, developing leadership readiness for future markets, exploring skills for the future workforce, developing a talent philosophy for fast paced organizations, use of mobile technology for rapid communication and engagement and lastly, inclusion of talent groups for larger capability access. She is an ideator and a change initiator. Working with millennials, she believes in adapting systems and creating opportunities by thinking differently. She has helmed the ideation and implementation of a pathbreaking Career based Mobile Application for JLT India which looks at talent, careers and learning as empowering processes. Prior to JLT, Anuradha has worked at Tata Strategic Management Group (TSMG), as part of their leadership team covering a gamut of areas ranging from development of an HR function to organization design, role definition, behavioral competency development, leadership learning, creating and facilitating organizational fit, talent acquisition and performance management. Before joining TSMG, she was working with BOC India supporting their sales and projects business. Anuradha holds a Masters degree in Management from Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelors degree in Law from Delhi University.
