Satyasheel has about 20 years’ experience in industry across various multinational Companies. Satyasheel started his career with as Officer in Branch Banking with IDBI Bank and as Personal Banker with HDFC Bank. Satyasheel’s stint with Reliance Petroleum in the launch phase of Petroleum Retail Outlets gave the opportunity to understand the operations and management of a green field project. This also led to the transition from Operations to Training. The Learning and Capability Building journey continued in Insurance, in Max New York Life and Tata-AIG Life, where Satyasheel was managing the regional training for Bihar & Jharkhand. Satya has worked across industry segments and has a deep understanding of the Talent and Capability. Satyasheel has been in the Telecom, with Vodafone Idea for more than 13 years. He has handled Sales training, Management Development Function and Leadership Capability development at both circle and corporate. He has leveraged Process labs, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Theatre as methodologies for learning and development. He has led the change management initiatives. Satyasheel has C2 – Vodafone Idea Internal implemented the coaching and mentoring initiatives for leadership development for building organisational culture. Presently Satyasheel is leading the Capability COE for Vodafone Idea Ltd. Satyasheel is ICF ACC certified coach. He is well versed in psychometrics like FIRO-B, OPQ and Thomas PPA. He is an alumnus of XLRI – PGCHRM. Satyasheel is a professional Banker and Certified Insurance professional and MBA in Investment from ICFAI.
