The refund will be made after applicable taxes and bank charges borne by us against
your registration for cancellation before 8th October 2018.
We will refund the eligible amount in INR, if cancellation is made before 8th
October 2018. No refund will be made for cancellation after 8th October 2018.
Participants will be refunded the registration fee in full in case the event gets
cancelled and no tax invoice is raised. If a tax invoice is raised, then the option
available is waiving off the conference fee with any future event in the same
financial year i.e. 2018-19.
If refund is request on e-mail before the date of event, the refund of a paid tax
invoice will be reversed within duration of 30 days. However, if e-mail request is
made post the date of event, the refund of a paid tax invoice will be reversed
within duration of 45 days. Please note that amount of refund will vary on the basis
of pro forma/ tax invoice raised.
Payment through cheque is required to be received 10 days before the event, post
that please submits the cheque on the date of event. It would be preferable that
NEFT/Cards are swiped for the payments on the date of event.

Substitutions within a company are permitted. Requests must be send to

All delegates are advised to make payments prior to the conference to avoid any
delays in collecting their badges and conference materials on-site.
All the payment should be made before or the day of the conference else your
registration stands cancelled for the conference.
Company assumes no liability for any costs including transportation, hotel
reservations or any other costs incurred by participants.
