Ankur has over 22 years of consulting experience in organisation strategies, talent strategies, learning and strategic change. Ankur has led large scale global engagements in the areas of Digital HR, Learning and Career strategies, Employee Engagement, Workplace Design, Organisation Strategies, Talent Strategies, Leadership Development, and Technology Enablement. He also played a key role in the design and enablement of the Deloitte University in the US. Ankur currently leads the Workforce Transformation service line for Deloitte in India, apart from his role in serving strategic clients in India and globally.
