She has headed HR in groups like Mahindra , Olacabs and now Zycus, played a very critical role in strategic initiatives like Mahindra Rise which is Anand Mahindra’s key change mission, setting up Ola during initial years of formation and driving Zycus growth as it zooms in multiple geographies in a much bigger way.
