In this role, Indraneel has been instrumental in creating & running the functional, behavioral & leadership learning journey for all 3 businesses of Kohler Company across 4 adjacent markets. He has been a capability professional right through his career & has worked to reduce dependency on classroom learning & leveraged blended platforms to broad base cost effective training reach using e-learning, m-learning, AI, Bots & Gamification. Prior to Kohler, he has served in senior training roles at Raymond Ltd. & Pepsico. Indraneel holds a Bachelor of Science degree & post graduate accreditations from NIFT, New Delhi & Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
