Ravi has been in the Learning, Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Development space for the last 20+ years with global companies in the BFSI/IT/ITES sectors. In senior leadership roles Ravi has led large direct and matrix oriented L&OD organizations. Ravi’s interests feature writing, listening to classical and semi classical music, racquet sports, techno-thrillers (books & movies) and a penchant for languages (6 to his credit thus far!)
