A mechanical engineer by background, he is passionately committed to enabling and empowering people, and is in the pursuit of his calling in sustainable farming practices. Prasad currently leads the Human Capital function for Cleartrip Pvt Ltd, Middle East's & India's leading travel and experiences platform, where he is playing the role of a catalyst in helping Cleartrip go to its next level, while sustaining its high-performance-high-productivity work culture that can deliver exceptional results. Prior to Cleartrip Prasad was with Flipkart, heading its People function for Technology and Product organization, along with two CoE roles in leading its Total Rewards and Corporate Social Responsibilities.
