He is also part of many social & non-profit initiatives working to bring in social change. He has worked with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank India, Bajaj Finance & Citi Financial India as Head HR, and has held senior leadership roles with HCL Technologies, ICICI OneSource, IDBI Bank & Thyron Informatics. Prior to transitioning to the corporate sector, Anil was a Captain in Indian Army.
