Simone has done her Master’s in industrial psychology, followed by her PhD on Learning Organizations. She started her journey with TCS in 2002, where she played several roles at both the branch and business unit level. For the last 10 years she has specialized in the creation and execution of various talent management processes for TCS. She is currently the Global Head of Talent Transformation in TCS, which includes various Career, Leadership and Role related processes such as mentoring, high potential programs, 360 degree feedback, leadership assessment & development processes and Talent Intelligence platforms.
