After post-graduation in human resource management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, MVN Rao , as CHRO has led the Global HR functions in leading organizations spanning Engineering, Projects , Manufacturing, Information Technology , Pharma and Hydrocarbon sectors for more than 3 decades with extensive experience in leading Global and multicultural teams, Top level hiring, organization development, change management, leadership development, executive coaching, industrial relations , alignment of HR to business and various other facets of people management. MVN teaches at various management institutions, speaks in leadership programs (internal & external) and other forums like NASSCOM, CII, NHRD, NIPM, TEDx etc. MVN has great interest in development of leadership, personal effectiveness, team building and organizational development. His interests lie in enhancing the capacity of performing managers / senior executives to become better and reach greater heights. He has been designated as the coaching guide for CEO’s pursuing coaching accreditation with CFI. He is also the President of CFI’s Mumbai/Pune Chapter.
