Manmeet Sandhu heads HR for PhonePe, digital transactions platform anchored on payments. PhonePe is a 3-year-old company with a core employee base of 1100 employees and close to 10 mn transactions a month. Manmeet joined PhonePe in Dec 2018 to support the org's goal of scaling leadership to keep pace with its exponential growth. She is currently focused on building out a world-class HR organization with the right tools, systems so PhonePe employees can access opportunities to be the best versions of themselves. Prior to PhonePe, Manmeet was at Amazon Seattle, supporting the Prime Video WW Marketing team. She has about 15 years of experience in HR across multiple countries and in areas such as compensation, D&I and business partnering.
