Sheetal Ramesh is the Regional Head– Leadership, Learning & Organization Capability(LLOC) for the IMEA(India, Middle East, Africa & Turkey) region at Boeing. She provides leadership & direction to all LLOC related initiatives in the region working closely with Sr. Leadership in the region and business. She works on Talent development strategies, proactively shaping relevant learning solutions and focuses on driving a strong learning culture in the organization. With overall 18 years of L&D experience, she has extensively worked with some of the key leaders in the industry in enhancing their business through innovative leadership & organization effectiveness initiatives. Sheetal has a strong background in Leadership development, Talent Management and Organization Development having worked with organizations like Honeywell, Accenture and Mphasis BPO.
